You can change the name of your organization in configure8 or see your organizations ID (for possible support) by going to the Organization tab under settings. Select Edit to change the name. (NB: You cannot change the Organization ID. And we hid some of the characters in the screen shot below. You know - security)

This section of the documentation provides guidance on customizing the theme of your organization's application interface to align with your company's visual identity. This ensures a consistent and branded experience for all users interacting with the application.
Updating the Application Logo
The logo setting allows you to customize the application's branding. The logo will appear on the side navigation of the application. It should be a square image and must not exceed 1MB in size for optimal performance and compatibility.
To update the application logo:
Under the "Logo" header, you will see a preview of the current logo.
Click on the upload logo input to select a new logo.
The file should be in .png or .jpg format and must adhere to the size guidelines (square, max 1MB).
After selecting the file, the interface will automatically update the logo on the application.
Note: Changes to the logo will apply globally across the organization's application interface, affecting all users of the same organization. Ensure that the new logo aligns with your company's visual identity before applying changes.
Customizing Theme Colors
The theme settings are divided into two categories: Light
and Dark
. Each category has three color options - Main, Dark, and Light. These colors will be applied to the application's interface based on the selected theme.
Light - Primary Color: Main: This is the primary color used in the light theme. It is used for primary elements like currently selected item, primary text color and primary button colors.
Default color code: #025c3e
Light - Primary Color: Dark: This is used hovering button colors and other secondary options.
Default color code: #0577B7
Light - Primary Color: Light: This is the color when buttons are selected or shown action in the light theme.
Default color code: #32BDF4
Dark - Primary Color: Main: This is the primary color used in the dark theme. It is used for primary elements like currently selected item, primary text color and primary button colors.
Default color code: #2695D3
Dark - Primary Color: Dark: This is used hovering button colors and other secondary options.
Default color code: #1E7AAD
Dark - Primary Color: Light: This is the color when buttons are selected or shown action in the dark theme.
Default color code: #37B1E2
To customize a color:
Click on the color circle next to the setting you wish to change.
Select a new color from the color picker or enter a specific hex code.
Once selected, the interface will update the color change.
Resetting to Default Theme
If you need to revert to the original theme settings:
Click the reset icon next to the Theme
header.
A confirmation dialog will appear, prompting "You are about to restore the theme, are you sure?"
Click Yes
to confirm and reset the colors to their default values. Select Cancel
if you do not wish to make changes.
